Volunteer Search & Rescue Assist

Volunteer Search & Rescue Assist is a registered not for profit organization willing to help with the search and rescue of a missing person. Be it your child, your spouse, your parent or even a friend. They will deploy and reach out to you, to try their best to bring them home to you. Their services are offered at no cost to anyone needing them. Any family in need can contact them, or emergency services needing further assistance, without the fear of getting a bill from. To better assist others Volunteer Search & Assist needs to acquire some different pieces of equipment. One article they are trying to raise funds for is a boat we can use with our Deep Trekker and underwater sonar. It would aid them to assist in searching for people who may have fallen into the water or recovery. It will also be used to train some dogs in Water Cadaver. This good deed was nominated by Zach Weber of our Kitchener branch.
