Christmas Campaign for Families in Need, Edmonton, AB

Christmas Campaign for Families in Need is a Facebook group that adopts families that are less fortunate to help them have a great Christmas. No child should have to go without especially on Christmas Day. Last year the group helped about 30 families with food hampers and about 70 children get toys and clothes. The families that they have adopted range in size from families of 3 to families of 8. Families are provided with a Christmas dinner or breakfast, clothing, toys, and hampers full of daily essentials and food. This good deed was nominated by Ern Schimpf from our Edmonton branch.
